In this cheese box you have
- the addictive Truffle La Bouse - Whoever came up with the idea of filling creamy soft cheese with a summer truffle cream cheese is a genius ... Intense truffle flavour paired with light acidity, lots of creaminess and a little funk. For connoisseurs: the riper the better!
- Cheddar "Isle of Mull" matured in the harsh Scottish climate - savoury, grassy, whisky, animal and milky sweet. Enjoy on its own or with cheese crackers.
- The sun-kissed Aprés Soleil - The soft texture complements the sweet, nutty flavour wonderfully. A harmoniously balanced all-rounder.
- a regional soft cheese from Brandenburg as you might find it in France - Mulberry - Fresh, milky, curd-like. Mild and full-flavoured thanks to the rich Jersey milk from Yule and Paul's neighbour.
- Birba Blu blue cheese dipped in beer - aromas of butter, yeast, light beer, malty-sweet, pear, slightly blue mouldy. Be sure to try it with fig or orange marmalade.

In the cheese box you will find cheese cards about the flavour and origin of the cheeses.
Sometimes not all cheeses are available, as we source from small producers. However we will make sure to replace them with an equally delicious cheese. Please bare with us on this.
The cheeses are packed in a very cute and beautiful box with our logo (all made from sustainable packaging material). Cut and packed by ourselves in the shop.
