In our diverse selection, which includes both classic wines and natural wines, you are guaranteed to find the perfect bottle for every occasion. We source from many small wineries. All from winegrowers with a passion for good farming and, of course, good wine - and if you don't drink alcohol, you'll also find what you're looking for without having to compromise on enjoyment. We just say: Volée.
For us, the geographical origin of the red wines is of secondary importance. For us character takes centre stage.
A powerful Minervois from Domaine D'Albas in the south of France, an elegant Côtes du Rhône or our favourite Rioja Crianza "Noralba".
Prefer Italian flair in your glass? Then be sure to try our Trassimeno Rosso "Caluna" from Umbria or head to the Palatinate (Pfalz) and indulge in the complex Pinot Noir from Michael Andres. A little insider tip is the Bodegas Gratias from Manchuela in Spain with its incredible Bobal "Maximas", which is only ever produced in very small quantities.
In the meantime, we have become a hotspot for wines from exciting winegrowers from Germany.
The Andres winery from the Palatinate (Pfalz) produces a stony Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and the brilliant "Ferus" Riesling - all from biodynamic cultivation.
Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, an elegant sparkling wine and the best rosé from the Bernhard winery.
We choose what's fun, funky and comes from good vineyards!
