Who wouldn't want their pasta at home to taste like it does in Italy? Simple but high-quality ingredients are crucial for this. Like our Monograno pasta from Felicetti, made from ancient durum wheat varieties. This pasta is firmer and thicker and brings out the full flavour of the pasta particularly well, accompanied by either truffle pesto, pistaccio pesto, cherry tomato sauce or anchovies and wonderfully strong and lovely grassy olive oils.
We have pre-baked sourdough foccaccia, which we like to use as a pizza base ourselves. Corn tortilla, with locally grown corn, which couldn't taste any better. Grissini, taralli and tortilla chips for the cheese platter.
Hiddenseer Kuttenfisch from traditional fishing. Kipper fillet smoked & with coloured pepper with oil in its own juice, herring fillet in mustard cream with dill tips or in tomato cream and another kipper fillet in vegetable oil & its own juice, smoked.
Honey from small beekeepers in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, hazelnut purée from Cravers, pistachio purée in a jar or almond purée freshly ground at our counter. Jams ranging from blackberry, strawberry and raspberry to mandarin, fig and lemon jam.
Who doesn't love chocolate? That's why we have a great selection: The stunning chocolates from Original Beans and Ocelot. Chocolate salt sticks with sea salt from Christoph in Berlin, Turrón almond chocolate from Spain, Cravers energy balls.
All from producers who conscientiously purchase raw materials and process them by carefully. And for those who prefer a savoury snack, we have Trafo potato crisps or absolutely delicious nuts from GutDing in different varieties.
