Flavour:
In this cheese box you have:
- the fantastic Annalp 21 - A strong alpine cheese. Tastes of hazelnut, brown butter, whey and nutmeg. It goes well with savoury and sweet dishes such as bacon and fig mustard.
- the people pleaser Gourmet Superior - A blend of dark caramel sweetness and saltiness with walnut. From crumbly to creamy, with ripe crystals. Great on sourdough bread. Goes well with a full-bodied rosé wine. Guaranteed enjoyment!
- the Swiss answer to Camember - La Bouse - From milky smooth to mushroom with a hint of herbs. Always wonderfully creamy. Goes well with a Blanc de Noir sparkling wine.
- A regional soft cheese from brandenburg like you usually only find in France - Mulberry - Fresh, milky, curd-like. Mild and full-flavoured thanks to the rich Jersey milk.

All in a very cute and beautiful packaging with logo (all made from sustainable packaging material) packed by us in the shop.
