Job: Counter staff

Our range includes products from the best artisan producers. We tell the stories behind them: about the daily work of our producers and how they organise agriculture according to their convictions. However, we are not just a shop, but also a neighbourhood shop. Our business thrives on personal contact and conversations with our customers.

We are looking for people who share our passion for good food, who appreciate a friendly atmosphere and for whom good flavour also means good production.

Your strengths

You are enthusiastic about good, handcrafted food.

You are open, communicative and cordial and enjoy selling good food.

You have a high degree of self-organisation and flexibility.

You ideally have experience in handling and selling food (retail, gastronomy or cook training).

If not, then you bring a large portion of curiosity and inquisitiveness :)

The fair division in the team between early and late shifts as well as on Saturdays is no problem for you.

Your tasks

You advise our customers at the counter/shelf and serve them at the checkout.

You ensure an appealing presentation of goods and full shelves.

You take care of ordering, accepting and checking deliveries of goods.

You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.

You ensure a smooth daily routine together with your colleagues.
