Are you ready to take over the management of a grocery shop where people not only come to shop, but also appreciate the importance of interpersonal relationships and the love of food?
We are looking for a store manager who not only leads, but also inspires their colleagues, always honouring the culinary art and the stories behind the products.
At the same time, it is crucial that you as a store manager play a central role in creating structure and clarity in the processes, and by the way, our current store manager is not stopping, but is needed for new tasks, such as planning and opening another shop :)
You will manage the shop and implement the company's strategic goals.
You will keep an eye on the key business figures and derive strategic measures for long-term success.
You will be responsible for sales in accordance with agreed sales targets.You will organise the daily work processes.
You will be responsible for money and cash management as well as daily closing.
You will lead a team of around ten colleagues, including needs-based deployment planning and budgeting.
In addition to your management tasks, you will actively participate in day-to-day business (advice, sales, complaints, clearing and presenting goods).
An last but not least of course: compliance with hygiene standards and implementation of quality assurance.
You are enthusiastic about good, artisan food.
You are open, communicative and cordial and enjoy selling.
Your way of working is well structured and you know how to inspire and motivate the team.
Your management style is at eye level with your colleagues.
You have a high degree of self-organisation and a sense of responsibility.
You have a very good commercial understanding and an affinity for numbers.
You work with MS Office and merchandise management systems.
You have completed training in food retail or have comparable professional experience, ideally in the natural food sector.
You have already gained experience in managing employees.
